I wish I had read other reviews of this ticket sales site. I ordered two tickets to a Broadway show recently (center orchestra . . . about $500 for the pair) and Ticketsmyway did a last minute substitution for two tickets in the second to last row of the Mezzanine on the extreme left. I called to complain and they promised to give me a $156 refund. Not sure I'll hold my breath to wait for that, but if you are in a similar situation I encourage you to call 888-442-4404 and press #4. It seems that this company's procedure is to have a few good sets of seats and a lot of lower quality seats so that they can run this substitution scheme. I've read other articles saying the same thing.
